By registering for our training programs or purchasing any related products or services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Enrollment and Eligibility
Participants must be licensed medical professionals (surgeons, ENT specialists, or equivalent) or trainees in a related field. Septum Sağlık Organizasyon Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to request documentation of professional status.

2. Payment and Fees
Course fees are payable in advance via bank transfer or credit card. Early registration discounts are valid until the specified date. Registrations are confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations within the first month of the program start date are eligible for an 80% refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. If the participant cannot attend live sessions, all recorded materials will remain accessible.

4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Dr. Barış Çakır and Septum Sağlık Organizasyon Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. Participants may use the materials for personal learning but may not share, distribute, or publish them without prior written consent.

5. Liability Disclaimer
While the program is designed to enhance professional knowledge and skills, Septum Sağlık Organizasyon Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. and Dr. Barış Çakır shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, claims, or legal consequences arising from the application of techniques discussed during the training.
